How to get to to the meeting

By air

If you come by air, you can travel to Hannover Airport, 11 km north from the city centre. The airport can be reached within 30 minutes. From Hanover Airport, you can take a direct train ("S5") to Hannover train station.


By train:

Travel to Hannover Central Station by international train from Belgium, France or Netherlands.


Public transport:

The meeting venue is located right in front of „Herrenhäuser Gärten" metro (Stadtbahnen) station.
Directions from Hannover central station: Exit the train station towards „Ernst-August-Platz" and walk the short distance to the city center metro station „Kröpke". Take metro lines 4 & 5 towards „Garbsen" (4) or „Stöcken" (5) and exit at „Herrenhäuser Gärten".

 

By car:

If you come by car, you can use the parking lots of the venue. The signposted car park at the Großer Garten is subject to a fee.


The parking fee on the visitor car park at the Georgengarten/Großen Garten is 3 Euro for every four hours or part thereof, the maximum cost is 12 Euro per day, coaches park free of charge. Other prices may apply for special events.


The West Parking lots, which run along the street "Am Großen Garten", are located outside the environmental zone and are also subject to charges. At major events, additional areas in the direct catchment area of the Herrenhäuser Gardens are designated as parking spaces for cars subject to charges. The address of the visitor car park can be entered for the navigation system Herrenhäuser Straße 3c in 30419 Hannover.
